Leave it to the raw foodies to solve my problem. I’ve finally found a recipe for Walnut Hemp Crackers that requires 5 cups of grated zucchini. Now THAT is what I call a dent. It’s on the agenda for tomorrow.

Unfortunately, these crackers have to be dried in the dehydrator, which is still working to produce my macaroons. So, we’ve had rain for a few days now, and there’s still more to come; in fact, I don’t think we’re going to see the sun until Thursday. Does anyone know what that kind of humidity does to a batch of raw vegan macaroons? IT KEEPS THEM SOFT.

Extremely counter-productive.
