I don’t want to be a “raw foodie”.  I want to eat raw food.

Why?

Labels

Labels

I want to save time.  I want to save energy.  I want to gain energy.  I want my meals to take longer to eat than to prepare.  I want my meals to take longer to eat than to clean up.  I want to stop cooking.  I want to stop splattering.  I want to stop scrubbing.  I want to stop heating up my non-airconditioned kitchen during the summer months.  I want to try new things.  I want to ponder new things.  I want to learn new things.  I want to be my own guinea pig.  I want to bounce.  I want to glow.  I want to know.

.

.

There may even be a few ethical reasons too, but those aren’t anyone else’s concern.

Will I ever be 100% or “high raw”?  Dunno.  I don’t really like labels.  They’re sticky.

Buddy the Guy is a vegan. Oh really?  But he eats honey.  Then he’s not a vegan.  I guess not.  Does it matter?  It matters if he cares about animals.  He does care about animals.  Maybe, but he can’t call himself vegan.  He doesn’t; you do.  Well he does too.  Yes, but only for the sake of communication.  It gives people an idea (only) of who he is.  Yes, but if the vegan police come ’round and he’s eating honey, then. . .

Then what?
